You can:

1. Edit the samples for the sake of quality.

2. Edit and redistribute the configuration files (oto.ini) and frequency files.

3. Port the voicebank to other engines after consulting with the author.

4. Slightly alter the design (hairstyle, clothes) for your content.

5. Use the voicebank or the design commercially after consulting with the author.

 

You can't:

1. Redistribute any of the voicebanks, parts of the voicebanks, or official designs and credit as yours.

2. Edit the voice samples or the design to make another character.

2b. Mix with other voicebank files that are not connected to the same character.

3. Use the voicebanks or the designs for problematic, offensive, religious, political or NSFW content.

4. Roleplay as the voicebank characters or draw ship art with the characters.

5. Reuse samples from the voicebanks for AI training or any Singing Voice algorithm.
